STS is a Service Provider. STS designs and administers Tests/Assessments to various Institutions and Organizations.
STS Supports to Public & Private organization in carrying out admissions & recruitment testing, assessment and screening of candidates with fool proof transparent manner as per organization policy. We ensure Selection of the right person to the right position.

Test Venue & Test Conduction:
The Test will be held in all Major Cities of Pakistan that can be increase or decrease depending upon the No of Candidates applied in each city & division.
STS has a pool of trained invigilators/supervisors across the country, carefully hired from educated and qualified sections of people. STS shall be responsible to plan, organize, monitor and invigilate/supervise all the test activities. However, representatives/client can be deputed at the test center (s) to oversee test operations. If it is desired.
Content Development Methodology:
STS owns a content development Department comprising of qualified and experienced expert and scholars belonging to various subjects. There is also a subject committee which reviews all the questions from the MCQ’s contributors. Paper Review committee then reviews the accepted question. Finally selected questions are added in question bank after approval from the Chairman of Board.
Question Paper/Response Sheet:
The question paper will be objective type, MCQ’s.
Each response sheet will be unique bearing candidate Name, Roll No and Bar Code.
